Bondi Beach Clean Up - Salty's Bondi

Bondi Beach Clean Up

Thursday 25 March | 10:00am

Wherever we are, we are connected to the sea. The ocean provides us with the oxygen we breathe and the climate that sustains us.

An increasing amount of plastic is entering the ocean and killing marine life at alarming rates. We can take direct action to reduce this problem by removing trash from the beach.

Join us as we work together with the local community to clean Bondi Beach and raise awareness around the issue of marine plastic pollution.

Simply meet in front of Salty’s (108 Campbell Parade, Bondi Beach) at 10am on Thursday 25 March to join. Here we will provide participants with a safety briefing, bags and instructions, before heading off altogether for our Bondi Beach clean up.

Please wear enclosed shoes and bring gloves, as well as some water in a reusable bottle (no single use plastic bottles please) and be sun smart and apply sunblock.

All volunteers who are 18+ will be rewarded a free beer after the clean up, courtesy of The Bondi Brewing Co.

Everyone is welcome, so feel free to invite family and friends, and together we can show some love to Sydney’s beautiful coastline. We can’t wait to see you there.
