El Arquero Tequila is rolling into Bondi for a one-night pop-up with a little Mexican spirit and plenty of agave.
Founded by Aussie cricket legend Adam ‘Gilly’ Gilchrist, El Arquero is taking over Salty’s for a midweek fiesta by the beach.

Gilchrist himself will be dropping in to chat with guests, share the story behind the tequila and host a selection of tastings for guests throughout the night.
Expect tequila flowing, tacos coming out hot and DJs keeping things grooving long after the sun goes down.
It’s the perfect excuse to swap your midweek routine for a few margs, some tacos and a taste of tequila from the man who helped create it. Bookings recommended, walk-ins welcome.
